*Unbeaten Kansas looks to rout Iowa State*

Iowa St (3-8) at No. 4 Kansas (10-0) 3:30 pm EST

LAWRENCE, Kansas (Ticker) -- The way his team has been playing, Kansas coach Mark Mangino can afford to let his men look ahead a week.

Mangino's fourth-ranked Jayhawks look to remain the lone unbeaten team from a BCS conference when they host Big 12 North Division foe Iowa State on Saturday.

With No. 1 Ohio State's loss to Illinois last weekend, Kansas became the only perfect BCS team - No. 13 Hawaii also is undefeated - with a 43-28 win at Oklahoma State.

Todd Reesing threw for 308 yards and three touchdowns - all to Marcus Henry, who had 199 receiving yards - and Brandon McAnderson rushed for 142 yards and two scores for the Jayhawks, who trailed, 14-10, before scoring 23 straight points between the middle of the second and third quarters.

Off to its best start since 1899, Kansas (10-0, 6-0 Big 12 North) hosts No. 6 Missouri next week with likely the division title on the line.

The Jayhawks could clinch it this week with a win and a Tigers loss at Kansas State.

Iowa State (3-8, 2-5 North), which is playing its first season under coach Gene Chizik, won a second straight game with a 31-28 home triumph over Colorado in which it erased a 21-0 halftime deficit.

Alexander Robinson, who rushed for 127 yards and two TDs, gave the Cyclones a 31-21 lead with a nine-yard run with 4:07 to play. Colorado quickly scored, got the ball back, marched down the field and attempted a tying field goal.

Kevin Eberhart made a 50-yarder but the Buffaloes were called for a delay of game. One second was put on the clock and he nailed a 55-yarder, but it was ruled that time had expired before he made the second attempt.

Kansas won in Ames last year, 41-10. The Jayhawks also won here in 2005, 24-21.
